Elite Earthworks, LLC is a locally owned excavation and grading company rooted in the heart of East-Central Illinois.
What began in April 2022 as a weekend side gig has quickly grown into a full-service operation trusted by homeowners, farmers, and contractors across Champaign and Vermilion Counties—along with nearby communities in western Indiana.

Our Story
Founder Jayden Cox started Elite Earthworks, LLC with a single skid steer, a reliable pickup, and a simple goal: give neighbors the kind of honest, meticulous site work he wished he could hire himself. Word spread fast.
By focusing on tight scheduling, clear communication, and workmanship that speaks for itself, weekend projects soon filled every spare evening.
In 2024, he bought out his former partner’s share of the business and committed to Elite Earthworks, LLC full time—bringing on additional equipment and talent to keep pace with demand.
What we do
From rough cut to finish grade, we handle nearly any dirt-moving task you can throw at us:
